Trademarks Policy

Introduction

Data Cynical Pte Ltd ("Data Cynical")'s trademarks signify Data Cynical's high quality products and services. Data Cynical's trademarks are important and valuable corporate assets and Data Cynical requires that they be used properly. To preserve its reputation and protect its trademarks, Data Cynical diligently guards against any violation of its trademarks.

Without written permission from Data Cynical, you should not use Data Cynical's trademarks, service marks, or names in a manner that suggests affiliation or association with Data Cynical. Only parties with written permission from Data Cynical are allowed to use Data Cynical's trademarks in accordance with applicable terms.

Data Cynical Trademarks

Data Cynical's trademarks may include letters, words, logos, designs, images, slogans, colors, product shapes, product packaging, and sound. The following activities are not permitted:

• Do not use a Data Cynical trademark or name in a manner likely to cause confusion about the origin of any product, service, or other offering.
• Unless you have prior permission, do not use a Data Cynical trademark in a manner that implies an affiliation or association with Data Cynical.
• Do not use the Data Cynical corporate logo or any other Data Cynical logo without written permission.
• Do not use any Data Cynical trademark as or as part of a company, product, service, or program name.
• Do not use a Data Cynical trademark in a manner that is likely to dilute, defame, disparage, or harm the reputation of Data Cynical.
• Do not use any trademark or name confusingly similar to the Data Cynical name or any Data Cynical trademark.
• Do not copy or imitate any Data Cynical trade dress, logo, or the overall commercial impression of any Data Cynical website.
• Do not register or use any domain name that incorporates any Data Cynical mark or name.
• Do not register or seek to register a Data Cynical trademark or any confusingly similar mark.

Data Cynical Corporate Logo

Unless you have prior written permission from Data Cynical, do not use the Data Cynical corporate logo to show or imply an affiliation with Data Cynical. Qualified third parties can show an affiliation through Data Cynical's authorized programs. Data Cynical's trademark and brand policies can be found in the Brand and Logo Guidelines.

Permissible Use

You should not use Data Cynical's marks or names in any way that implies an association or affiliation with Data Cynical unless you have prior permission. Where permission is granted, any permissible use must also comply with the following guidelines:

• Do not alter, adapt, modify, animate, or morph any Data Cynical trademarks.
• Do not use the Data Cynical name or trademarks next to your name or the name of your products or services.
• Do not use the Data Cynical name or any trademark as part of a product, service, solution, or program name.
• Do not combine any Data Cynical name or mark with any other letters, numbers, words, or any design.
• The Data Cynical name or trademarks must not be more prominently displayed than your own name or product name.
• All reference to Data Cynical or use of any mark must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
• Do not use Data Cynical trademarks as nouns — use them as adjectives with appropriate nouns.
• Always use the proper spelling and do not use trademarks in plural or possessive form.
• Use the ® or ™ symbol in connection with any Data Cynical trademark.
